This project increased the Nampa WWTF solids handling capacity by JCC constructing a new Solids Handling Building that increases thickening capacity to 35,000 LBS TS/Day and increases sludge dewatering capacity to 41,600 LBS TS/Day. The system thickens waste activated sludge utilizing rotary drum thickeners and secondary digested sludge utilizing centrifuges. Support systems constructed for the process include a conveyor, polymer feed ferric injection, and facility water (2W and 4W), as well as mechanical, electrical, and control systems. JCC installed new secondary digested sludge feed pumps in the existing blower building and installed a new digested sludge feed pump as well as modified MCCs and controls.

Water and site conditions vary significantly, so JCC uses a variety of systems for each site's individual dewatering needs. These systems have allowed JCC to effectively dewater significant bodies of water, such as rivers, lakes, and streams, as well as deep excavations in areas of high groundwater.
The JCC Team has installed many miles of on-site process pipe, small and large, simple and very complex, and mostly on very difficult and active plant sites.
Process piping and equipment are a significant portion of most contracts JCC pursues. They nearly constantly have work progressing, both on mechanical piping and equipment procurement and installation. JCC’s process work has included treatment from potable water to municipal wastewater, sludge handling and industrial pre-treatment.
The team is constantly growing in equipment and skill to accomplish the most complicated coating requirements, from pipe linings to highly technical concrete coatings to entire water tanks blasted and re-coated.
